The Guyana Harpy Eagles will also be in action against the Windward Islands at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy. The regional50-over championship is set to begin on 17 October in Trinidad with the T&T Red Force up against the CCC at the Queen's Park Oval. The venue for one of the matches has been chanced with the 4 November game between CCC and Leeward Islands moved from the Queen's Park Oval to UWI SPEC. However the Combined Campuses and Colleges (CCC) squad will be named after a preparation camp in Trinidad. The teams of hosts T&T Red Force, Barbados Pride, Jamaica Scorpions, Windward Islands, Leeward Islands, Guyana Harpy Eagles, and West Indies Academy have already been named. Seven of the eight squads have been confirmed for the 2023 CG United Super50 Cup in Trinidad.
